Ask the practice — or whoever took over the patient list — to send us your x-rays and clinical notes. You have a right of access to your own health records under Australian privacy law, and most practices handle this routinely for a small fee or free. It genuinely matters: having x-rays from two years ago lets us tell whether a borderline shadow has changed, which is the difference between a confident decision and a judgement call. It may also save you a set of x-rays at the first visit.

Hepburn Avenue and Marmion Avenue both slow down between about 7:30 and 8:30am and again from 4:30pm. Add five to eight minutes if you are travelling in those windows.
